Based upon training satisfaction survey results, 80% of participants in Photovoltaic (PV) class and 93% of the Solar Hot Water (SHW) participants rated their confidence level after training as very good to excellent. This compared to a confidence level ratings of 60% and 63% respectively before training. These results clearly demonstrates the combination of providing comprehensive theory of operation with real world hands-on training was well received.</p>
